[米国]　77 GHzレーダー再割当

2015年2月5日にFCCは、FCC 15-16を公表しPart 95(パーソナル無線サービス)に基づく、76～81 GHz帯における様々なレーダー技術の商業開発や使用に対応する規則を提案しています。

これらの提案には、様々な機器がその帯域内で周波数を共有できるように、帯域の割当変更及び規定を含みます。以下、76～81 GHz帯について2015年3月4日までコメントが募集行われています。

  • 76～81 GHz帯におけるレーダー運用の拡大
  • 77.5～78 GHz帯における無線位置サービスの割り当てを提供するため、周波数割当表の修正
  • Part 95に基づく、ライセンス方式のレーダー運用の許可既存のPart 15 非ライセンス運用から、車両や他のユーザーをシフトさせる
  • 77～81 GHz帯におけるレーダーアプリケーションを有するアマチュア無線の互換性を含む、既存の運用の互換性の評価

これらのアクションは、76～81 GHzの範囲内で動作するレーダーアプリケーションの様々なタイプに対する割当やサービス規則を提供するための均一なアプローチを提供することを目的としています。
