総務省は2012年12月25日に「電波有効利用の促進に関する検討会 報告書」および意見募集の結果の公表を行っています。
この中にはモジュール要件の他、現在日本においては要求されるマーキングができない機器は認可不要となっていることへのコメント回答などが記載されています。
