(Technical Standard etc under the Consumer Product Safety Act revised on 2012/11/20)
2012年11月20日付けで消費生活安全法 : 経済産業省関係特定製品の技術上の基準等に関する省令及び特定製品関係の運用及び解釈について(携帯用レーザー応用装置関連)が一部改正されております。改正規格の施行日も、2012年11月20日となっております。
主な変更点は、以下の通りです。
1.参照レーザー安全規格の変更：JIS C 6802 (2005) ⇒ JIS C 6802 (2011)
2.一部製品について、8センチメートル規制の緩和

“Technical Standard ” & ” operation and interpretation” for portable laser products under the Consumer Product Safety Act were revised on 2012/11/20.
The implementation date of the revised standard is also 2012/11/20.
Main changing points are as below.
1. Reference Laser safety standard is changed : JIS C 6802 (2005) ⇒ JIS C 6802 (2011)
2. Relaxation of 8 cm regulations for some products
