2013年7月1日付け「電気用品の技術上の基準を定める省令等の改正について」のご案内 (Revision of DENAN Technical Requirements on 2013/7/1)
2013年7月1日付けで、「電気用品安全法に係わる電気用品の技術上の基準を定める省令」及び「同省令の解釈」が改正されました。
（公布日：平成25年7月1日、施行日：平成26年1月1日）
今回の省令改正において、電気用品が満たすべき安全性能を明確にする技術基準の性能規定化が行われております。
これまで省令として定められていた現行の技術基準は、省令の解釈に移行されます。省令1項基準および2項基準(J規格)は、新たに別表第一～十二にまとめられ、2項基準(J規格)は別表第十二に移行されています。
その他、省令の解釈の改正に伴い、一部追加や変更が加えられた項目があります。

The DENAN Technical Requirements & Interpretation for Technical Requirement have been revised on 2013/7/1.
(Promulgation : 2013/7/1 Enforcement :2014/1/1)
METI has revised the ordinance to define performance-based descriptions of the technical requirements, which specify the various types of safety performance that electrical appliances should satisfy.
Current technical requirements have been moved to the interpretation.
Shorei 1 & Shore 2 have been combined to Appendix 1 ~ Appendix 12 in “Interpretation for Technical Requirement”. Shorei 2 (J standard) has been moved to Appendix 12 in “Interpretation for Technical Requirement”.
And there are some addition & changes in “Interpretation for Technical Requirement” together with this revision.
