[米国] FCC 15-16、KDB更新
2015年3月6日に、2月5日に公表された、FCC 15-16が官報に掲載されました。コメント期間は2015年4月6日までとなっています。これは76 GHz~81 GHzの範囲内で動作するレーダーアプリケーションの均一なアプローチを提供することを目的としています。

[カナダ] ICES-003、Web更新、RSS-211、BETS-7、RSS-100、DC-01
2015年3月2日にインダストリーカナダ（IC）は情報処理機器へのEMC要求であるICES-003 Issue 6のドラフトを公表しています。コメントは3月20日まで募集されています。主な改訂点は、3項において、ANSIC63.4:2014参照をしたこと、ただし、現行のIssue 5においても最新版が要求されているためにFCCとは同様の試験方法を用いることは認められていません。従って、ANSI C63.4:2014を用いない場合は、CISPR同様の試験を行う必要があります。また、5.2項に CISPR 16-1-4:2010を参照、8項に電子ラベルの組み込みなどが行われています。
ICは予定より遅れていますが、2015年3月3日にウェブサイトをシャットダウンし、新たなシステムへの変更を開始しています。

注） 現在ICES-003 Issue 5ではANSI C63.4：2003の使用が許可されていますが、無線機器はANSI C63,4：2009以上が要求されています。従って、無線機付き情報処理機器の試験には注意が必要です。
2015年3月6日に2014年2月4日に公表された、タンクレベルレーダーに関する規格RSS-211が正式発行されています。基本的な考え方に変更はありませんが、大幅に更新されていますので注意が必要です。 詳細はウェブサイトをご参照ください。（言語：英語）

2015年3月12日にインダストリーカナダは、BETS-7 Issue 3を公表しています。古い要求事項を削除し、アナログ、デジタル別のラベル要求、全体的な要求事項の統合、ケーブルTVの伝導エミッションリミット変更，CEA Standard 23-B要求、デジタル-アナログコンバーターに関するAnnex A削除などが行われています。またそれに伴うQ&Aが掲載されています。

また、無線機器認証に関する手順RSS-100 Issue 11及び通信端末認証に関する手順DC-01 Issue 7のドラフトがFCB（認証機関）に公開されています。これは先日から案内のあったように、認証番号とモデル番号の管理から、モジュール認可を明確にするためにProduct Marketing Name (PMN)、Hardware Version Identification Number (HVIN)、Firmware Version Identification Number (FVIN)、Host Marketing Name (HMN)を識別するものです。
現在ICのウェブサイトはこれら識別と整合させるための改定が行われています。3月16日から新しいウェブサイトが稼働していますが、猶予期間などの詳細は明確になっていません。HVINが現行のモデル番号となりますが、製造者はそれ以外の該当する識別を可能な範囲で行う必要があります。詳細は公式版が発行されるまでには決定される予定です。
[日本] ISO/IEC 17065採用、無線設備試買テスト、電波防護指針
2015年2月17日に『特定機器に係る適合性評価手続の結果の外国との相互承認の実施に関する法律施行規則の一部を改正する省令（総務・経済産業一）』が発行され、Guide 65に代わりJIS Q17065が要求されることになりました。国際的には2015年9月15日が採用のリミットとなっています。
2015年3月6日に無線設備試買テストの結果が公表されています。本年度のすべての測定はUL Japanが行いましたが、不適合品がかなりあることが判明しました。今後も継続し確認していくことが必要と思われます。

2015年3月12日に総務省は電波防護指針の在り方に関する情報通信審議会からの一部答申として、低周波領域（10kHz以上10MHz以下）における電波防護指針の在り方を公表しています。これは2014年12月26日に意見募集が行われたものであり、基本的には以下内容となっています。
- 刺激作用を防止するための体内に発生する電界に関する指針値として、ICNIRPガイドライン2010の基本制限を導入
- 10 kHz～100 kHzの刺激作用に関する基礎指針2を削除
- 10 kHz～10 MHzの電磁界強度指針をICNIRPガイドライン2010の参考レベルに整合
- 10 kHz～100 kHzにおいて、電磁界強度指針の削除
- 接触電流に関する補助指針を、ICNIRPガイドライン2010の接触電流に関する参考レベル値に整合
- 接触電流に関する基礎指針3の10 kHz～100 kHz の指針値(平均時間1秒未満)を削除

2015年2月25日にオーストラリアACMAは『Telecommunications Labelling Notice』を更新し不要となったカテゴリーの削除、今までの3つのリスク分類から2つへの変更、記録保持要求の明確化などを行っています。
