近年、風力発電プロジェクトに関する市場環境は大きく変化しており、開発初期段階からの的確なリスク評価とリスク低減の取り組みが、これまで以上に重要となっています。日本の洋上・陸上風力発電の開発および運用においても、技術・財務・安全性など多面的な観点からリスクを正しく把握し、適切に管理することは、プロジェクトの確実性と持続的な価値創出に直結する重要な課題です。

この度、風力発電事業に関わる関係者（事業者、投資家、レンダー等）の皆さまを対象に、洋上および陸上風力発電プロジェクトにおける技術的課題、プロジェクトの実現可能性評価、設備の長期信頼性確保など、プロジェクトを成功に導くための重要なポイントについて、複数のセッションを通じてご説明するセミナーを開催いたします。

Risk Mitigation Seminar for Wind Power Development and Operation in Japan 2026

In recent years, the market environment surrounding wind power projects has undergone significant changes. As a result, accurate risk assessment and effective risk‑mitigation efforts from the early stages of development have become more important than ever. For both offshore and onshore wind power projects in Japan, it is essential to correctly identify and appropriately manage risks from technical, financial, and safety perspectives. Doing so directly contributes to project certainty and the creation of long‑term, sustainable value.

To support stakeholders involved in wind power projects—including developers, investors, and lenders—we will host a seminar featuring multiple sessions that address key factors for successful offshore and onshore wind development. The seminar will cover technical challenges, feasibility assessments, long‑term asset reliability, and other critical issues that influence project success.

Experts from UL Solutions will share the latest insights on technical risk assessment, including independent technical feasibility evaluations, lifetime evaluations (LTE), performance assessments (PA), cable diagnostics, and a range of certification services. In addition, Marsh Broker Japan will explain the insurance placement process for offshore and onshore wind projects, along with current trends in the insurance market.
