[欧州]　整合規格

2016年1月15日　機械指令、非自動重量計指令、レジャー用ボート指令に関する整合規格が発行さています。適用開始時期がEMC指令などと同じ2016年4月20日である、2009/23/ECを修正する2014/32/EUに関する整合規格が発行されたのは、その規格数が少なく更新することが容易であることからと思われます。
今後順次2016年中に有効となる指令の整合規格が発行されていくものと思われますが、指令が有効となるまでは使用できないことに注意が必要です。(言語：英語)

 

[米国]　FCC 15-138

2016年1月13日　2015年10月23日に発行されたFCC 15-138が提案規則として官報に掲載されました。モバイル無線サービスのための24 GHzを超える周波数帯の使用を拡張するものですが、Parts 1, 2, 15, 25, 30、101に影響します。

Part 15では§15.255に対して、57 GHz-64 GHzから57 GHz-71 GHzへ拡張等が行われます。

[カナダ]　ICES-003、RSS-177、RSP-100、DC-01、RSS-216

2016年1月19日　2015年3月にドラフトが発行されていた、ICES-003（Information Technology Equipment (Including Digital Apparatus) – Limits and Methods of Measurement） Issue 6が正式にリリースされました。

2016年4月19日以降　Issue 5の使用は不可となります。ドラフトと大きな変更はありませんが、以下Issue 5からの変更点概要となります。(言語：英語)

  1. タイトルにIncluding Digital Apparatusと記載　（ITEだけではないことを明確化）
  2. 2.1項　ITE機器の範囲の記載
  3. 2.3項　ストレージ機器の対象明確化
  4. 2.4項　放送受信機器への適用性の明確化(ITEの側面があれば対象)
  5. 3項　ANSI C63.4-2014参照
  6. 5項　放送受信機能のみの機器の除外
  7. 5.2項　試験サイトはCISPR 16-1-4:2007参照(CAN/CSA-CISPR 22-10の参照のため修正されたがANSI C63.4-2014を参照しているので2010年版でよい)
  8. 8項　電子ラベルの組み込み

2016年1月20日　RSP-100 Issue 11が発行されました。昨年のドラフトからは大きな変更はありません。モジュール認可におけるSAR追加のHMN(Host Marketing Name)などの追加、それに伴うClass 4変更などが記載されました。昨年から稼働しているウェブサイトでは既に記入ができるようになっており、それらに整合される形となります。また併せて通信端末機器に対する認可手順であるDC-01も更新されています。

[日本]　 SAR試験方法

2016年1月14日　特定無線設備の技術基準適合証明等に関する規則（昭和56年郵政省令37号）別表第1号1(3)の規定に基づき、人体頭部における比吸収率（SAR）の特性試験方法における対象周波数帯の拡張及び人体（頭部及び両手を除く）における比吸収率（SAR）の特性試験方法の追加等を行うため、意見募集が2016年2月15日まで行なわれています。
