2016年3月1日から4日にかけて行われたECC総会についての内容が公開されています。ワイヤレスブロードバンド通信に対して700 MHzの技術要件を記載したCEPT Report 60、LTEを用いるM2Mを承認したECC Report 242、短距離無線機器に使用される周波数割当を記載したCEPT Report 59などの紹介が行われています。

[日本] MRA法意見募集
2016年2月25日に総務省及び経済産業省は、特定機器に係る適合性評価手続の結果の外国との相互承認の実施に関する法律(MRA法)施行規則の一部を改正する省令案等を公表し、同年3月28日（月）までの間、意見を募集を行っています。これは、EMC指令、低電圧指令、RE指令などの更新に合わせ法改正が行われるものです。 なおUL JapanはR&TTE指令のNotified Body(NB) として現在活動を行っていますが、引き続きRE指令のNBとして活動が出来るように欧州委員会への通知を希望しています
