[お知らせ ] 2026年6月1日付「電気用品の技術上の基準を定める省令の解釈について」の一部改正についてのご案内
経済産業省の電気用品安全法のページに、「電気用品の技術上の基準を定める省令の解釈についての一部改正について」 が掲載されました。
今回の改正では、
別表第ニ、三、五を別表第12の基準に一本化するための見直しがされ、別表第12で規定されるJ1000(H14)が改正され、J1000(2026)に置き換わりました。
改正日は、2026年6月1日です。
なお、改正後の別表第二、別表第三及び別表第五の規定の適用については、改正日より３年間は従前の規定を適用することが認められています。 (2029年5月31日まで)

Partial revision of Interpretation of DENAN Technical Requirements Ministerial Ordinance dated 2026/6/1
Interpretation of DENAN Technical Requirements Ministerial Ordinance has been revised partially on 2026/6/1.
In this revision,
Revisions were made to consolidate Appendices 2, 3, and 5 into the standard set forth in Appendix 12. Regarding J1000 (H14), which is specified in Appendix 12, revisions were made to ensure consistency with the requirements defined in Appendices 4 and 8 concerning equipment with remote control function.
Effective Date: 2026/6/1
There is 3-year grace period from the effective date is granted for Appendices 2, 3, and 5: (until 2029/5/31)
