[お知らせ] 2022年12月28日付 「電気用品の技術上の基準を定める省令の解釈について」の一部改正について

経済産業省の電気用品安全法のページに、「電気用品の技術上の基準を定める省令の解釈についての一部改正について」の新しい記事が掲載されました。

改正の概要:

  • 別表第九のリチウムイオン蓄電池について、リチウムイオン蓄電池に係る技術基準解釈別表第九の内容を、最新の国際規格に対応した別表第十二の整合規格に一本化するための改正。

※本解釈は、令和4年12月28日から適用。ただし、この通達による改正後の規定の適用については、令和6年12月27日までは、なお従前の例によることができる。

Partial revisions of Interpretation of the Ministerial Ordinance Specifying Technical Standards for Electrical Appliances and Materials dated 2022/12/28

Interpretation of the Ministerial Ordinance Specifying Technical Standards for Electrical Appliances and Materials have been revised partially on 2022/12/28.

In this revision, following are involved:

  • Regarding Appendix 9 which is related to Li-ion Battery, the contents of Appendix 9 have been modified to reference the technical requirements in Appendix 12.

Effective Date:
2022/12/28

There are two years grace period from the effective date.
